Homemade Remedies For Teeth Whitening

People want to look beautiful, smart, shine and glowing. Teeth’s whitening is one of them. People spend billions dollars over whitening products. Why people get teeth yellow? There are several factors which play vital role food and drink you consume. Depends on you oral hygiene. Enamel provides strong white cover that protects the teeth, and dentin. Much acidic food damage whiteness because acid breaks down enamel. Such food and drinks will affect directly the enamel. To maintain enamel proper diet plays vital role. There are some homemade remedies for teeth whitening, which you may try them.
Brush After Eating And Drinking
It is easiest to brush your teeth after eating and drinking. This is best way to avoid the teeth diseases. Some food or drinks do stain teeth, like coffee or if you are smoker you can have discolored teeth from staining. You must to clean your teeth.
Sodium Bicarbonate Paste With Lemon Juice
Sodium Bicarbonate (baking soda), the best stain remover; it is alkaline which acts the opposite of acids. It could help balance out the PH level. Lemon is natural bleach.
Method:
Take baking soda two teaspoons mix with lemon juice form paste. Use with toothbrush leave the paste for a minute, and then wash out.
Strawberry Scrub With Salt
You can also use strawberry scrub made with sodium. Plaque is cause yellow teeth. Strawberry is rich in vitamin-c that helps to break down plaque.
Method:

Take 3 strawberries and half teaspoon of salt mash together and mix it well to form paste. Use this paste with toothbrush gently rub for a minute. Do this at night for best result.



Stretch Marks

Stretch marks can found anywhere but they are mainly found in the fatty areas. Most common fatty areas of the body are the thighs, breasts, upper arms, buttocks. These marks first appear as purple or Reddish and then lighter. They are bad looking and also you do not feel ok embarrassing as well. Stretch marks in the abdominal area appear during pregnancy but after pregnancy they gradually lightener.
Causes

Drink well like 10 glasses of water to maintain a glowing and soft skin and get less stretch.
Aloe Vera Mixture; Aloe Vera has anti-inflammatory properties. Aloe Vera helps to cure various skin problems, and burns. It has healing properties. Aloe Vera is good Homeopathic Remedy. It regenerates skin tissues stimulates elastin and repairing scarred tissues. It is a perfect ally to fight against stretch marks. You can apply directly or can use as mixture like;

Aloe Vera with Vitamin A, E

Mix vitamin A, E capsules with Aloe Vera and Rub gently. Apply on affected areas and remove with warm water. You can also use Aloe Vera with honey or with almond oil.
Castor Oil; Castor Oil is also used to treat dark spots and wrinkles. Apply castor oil on affected areas and rub gently the wrap with warm water dip cloth.
Improve your diet. Eggs are rich in vitamins, proteins and Omega 3 fatty acids. Which are help full to remove your stretch marks. Apply egg whites on affected areas leave as dry wash with water. If you have dry skin then use some olive oil.

To get Glowing Skin may follow these steps
  1. Wash Your face morning and evening and use cleansing gel or lotion which is good for oily skin also.
  2. Use scrub once a week.
  3. Apply Cream rich in antioxidants.
  4. Drink a carrot juice in every morning.
  5. Also remember to drink at least 6 glasses of water a day to avoid dehydration especially in the winter because there is less thirst then summer.
  6. Use branded makeup products you can also avoid skin problems.

Exercise Method # 1
Point one mark on wall and the other is 20 inches down from the first. Look at first point and then slowly move to the other and back to first. Repeat this for 5 times and breathe normally.

You also can do this exercise with first point on wall and the other on floor, which you can see clearly.

Look at your right as you can possible stay there for a while and then to your left. Repeat this exercise for 5 times. Again keep in mind “Don’t move head”.
Tip
You can do this exercise with marking the points right and left.
Exercise Method # 3
Now move your eyes in circle clockwise. Repeat 5 times. Then move opposite (Anti Clockwise) also repeat 5 times then blink your eyes for 5 seconds.
Tip
When you moving the eyes, make a circle larger as possible, so that this stretches the muscles of the eyes to the max range/extent will get better results. You can also move eyes in square form.
Exercise Method # 4
According to this method you alternately shift vision from distance to closest. Place your finger closest to your eyes at eye level. Now start finger moving away without moving up and down. Repeat several times. Blink quickly then close your eyes for relaxing.
Exercise Method # 5
Place your finger tips on your closed eyes move clockwise then counterclockwise. Continue for few seconds. You will feel relaxed and better eyesight.
Benefits

Continue doing above mentioned movements for one month for better results.
