Yoga for Poor Blood Circulation

Our body’s blood circulation system is a major system, which carry oxygen, nutrients throughout over body poor circulation is common in your ends/extremities as legs and arms. Poor circulation caused by other health problems or issues. Many other conditions can lead to poor circulation the most common causes are; diabetes, obesity, Hbs, insufficient or deficiency of iron. There are some symptoms of poor circulation. The most common symptoms are as: -
Numbness, throbbing or pain in limbs and legs, muscle cramps, laziness.
Sukhasana
Easy pose with deep breathing
Sit cross-legged as a seated position on the floor, placing the feet below the knees. Take deep breath in and exhale completely.
Chair Pose
Stand in position of mountain pose with the feet hip width apart then bend at your knees, and get your bott toward the ground. Don’t bring the hips lower than the level of the knees. Raise your arms forward parallel to the floor. Stay in this position and breathe in 8-10 breaths.
Downward dog
Position your body in invers ‘V’ shape come onto your hands, lower your head extend your pelvic bones up. You want to have a flat back and straight legs hold your body for 30 seconds in this position.
High lunge
Stand on your knees in table pose or from downward dog position, step your right foot forward between hands, head up towards the ceiling press the chest forward. Hold this position for 10 deep breaths, then switch sides and repeat on the other side.

Child Pose

 Child Pose
Just sit upright on your heels. Place your forehead on the ground in rest position in front of you. Extend your arms forwards. Your chest will be closer to your knees. Breathe deeper.

Downward Facing Dog

Get your body into a arch shape with feet hip-width apart. Wide your hands fingers.  Stay your hips up and your body shaped as inverted "V".

Mountain Pose

Simply stand with feet apart. Extend your arms upside. Keeping your neck aligned with the rest of your spine. Breathe slowly.

Tree Pose

Simply stand with feet hips-width apart. Place right foot to left knee. Balance your wight with left leg. Now joint your hands from palms sides upwards. Place before your chest.

Yoga Poses Beginners

High lunge

Palming
Palming means get heat from warmth palms. This method of yoga is perfect eye exercise for relaxation of the eyes and mind. Sometimes we get relief immediately, other times it takes some time. Sit on the floor and keep up your knees, remain your feet on the floor then rub your palms briskly to charge electricity and then place your palms over your closed eyes. Remain your right hand fingers crossed over the left hand fingers on the forehead. Your elbows must rest on your knees, don’t bend your neck and head. While palming take breathe deeply. If you want to do this exercise for long time you can sit at a table support your elbows with pillow so now you will be able to palming for long time. This is so relaxing and beneficiary for your eyesight.
Tip
When you are palming make sure easy breathe through nose. Position your hands covering your eyes completely so you feel full darkness. Focus just breathing you will feel more relax.



BLINKING EYES

Blinking is essential part to moisturize eye surface in right amount. Moisture cleans the surface of the eye. Blink exercise is very beneficiary for eyesight. It is very important to improve your eyesight. Fast blinking will increase dry or tired eye moisture. An average blink rate is 4 seconds. Take blink break and blink your eyes quickly when you are using the computer or when reading. For better results; this exercise most effective after every eyesight exercise. Blink quickly for few seconds. You will feel relax and clearer eyesight.
